I have attempted to update my GPU drivers but they are current as of today.Ĭompiled using MSVC++ 15.9 (Visual Studio 2017) To troubleshoot, I have removed and reinstalled earlier versions to 0.17 with the same result. I'm using a Carbon X1 (Gen 2), i7 2 core,/4 thread (2,1 GHz,), 16G RAM, about 3G storage free, running Windows 7 Enterprise, SP 1, I have successfully run Stellarium on this machine for many years.
When I open in - angle or -mesa mode as suggested, I get no image, just a black screen and then I have to use the Task Manager to end the program. I updated to 0.21 yesterday and all was fine today, I get an error that begins "Insufficient OpenGL Version." when attempting to initiate the program. I'm hoping this is the right place to post this.
